Note: 
Measurement using the source of AR 3628 (N08W65) as a baseline and finding this to be a good fit between SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and STEREO COR2A, with great imagery up to 19 solar radii. Range could be a few degrees either direction, but quickly loses its strong triangulated fit when >W70.
